In Public House #006 we speak with police academy trainer Scott Willadsen about the provision of corrective feedback in law enforcement. I answer his questions about our research and we address some limitations to the incorporation of feedback in the context of police academy training. Scott has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and brings excellent questions and feedback of his own that will help academics/researchers communicate and collaborate with practitioners in the field.
