Consultation Announcement!

We are proud to announce our consultation with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice. CBSI has been updating their state-wide teacher/trainer curriculum to include behavioral science. This means that every police academy trainer in New York State will be exposed to concepts such as differential reinforcement, shaping, functions of behavior, strategies for corrective feedback, verbal behavior, and mindfulness. Behavioral principles are now incorporated throughout course sections including but not limited to Principles of Learning, Role of the Instructor, Instructional Techniques, Oral Communications, and Instructor-Trainee Interaction.
